Job summary

Mars, in partnership with Royal Canin, seeks a Veterinary Business Manager to drive territory sales growth across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas, strengthening clinical recommendations and expanding digital platform adoption.

You will build trusted relationships with veterinary professionals, provide expert nutritional support, identify commercial opportunities, and help clinics integrate digital platforms into daily workflows. Weekend industry events may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in field sales or account management within veterinary/animal health sectors.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Confidence delivering presentations, training sessions and commercial discussions.
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales, growth and profitability targets across a defined veterinary territory.
Build and maintain relationships with veterinary practices, groups and stakeholders.
Drive adoption and engagement of Royal Canin's digital platforms, including Vet Express.
Provide nutritional product education, training and support to veterinary teams.
Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to maximise growth.
