Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in the UK is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Lydney team, with occasional support at the Cinderford branch during holidays. You will manage consultations, medical cases and dental procedures, while contributing to a broad caseload from medicine to surgery.

The role offers a full-time 40-hour week with a shared Saturday morning rota and no out-of-hours on-call. Relocation support and welcome bonus are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consultations and medical case management, routine soft tissue surgery, dentistry and preventative healthcare.
• Diagnostic work-ups and chronic disease management.
• Urgent or emergency cases that arise during normal working hours.
