inspiring vet care is seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Midhurst Vets on a part-time permanent basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you will deliver a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience, while managing appointments, handling enquiries and supporting client communications with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

• Deal with cash exchanges and end of day banking procedures.
• Attend reception team meetings as and when requested.
• Keep client/patient records up to date.
• Check clinic emails and process appropriately.
• Ensure all daily paperwork completed.
• Maintain stock levels on a daily basis.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Midhurst Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

Our well-equipped practice features digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring, and laser therapy, giving you the tools to deliver excellent patient care

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Rota:

• Thursday 8-6.30pm at Liphook
• Friday 8-6 Midhurst Vets
• Saturday rotation 1: 4 at Woodlands Midhurst

Key Responsibilities
