Inspiring Vet Care in Brighton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team at New Priory on a part-time basis. The role supports appointment management, client communications, and smooth clinic operations in a busy veterinary practice.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional experience to clients and their pets, working with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive journey.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised and customer-focused individual.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service & attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line contact for clients, in person and by phone.
• Triage emergencies & provide advice.
• Relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Welcome and register clients on arrival.
• Take payments and cash up.
• Social media content management.
• Complete referrals and other admin tasks.
