We have an exciting new opportunity at Easipetcare Kettering for 2 part-time Veterinary Receptionists to come onboard and join our team.
At our veterinary clinic, we provide comprehensive pet care services. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general information about our services such as our Health Care Plan. You will be the first point of call for our clients, providing support and compassion.
We are looking for a dedicated, professional team member, who shows a real passion and positive attitude in every duty they perform. Candidates must have at least 1 year reception experience, and ideally at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience. This is because being a receptionist in the veterinary industry is very fast paced. This candidate needs to be highly self-motivated with good customer service skills.
Duties:
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week covering Thursdays and Fridays, plus rotated Saturdays. You will also be included in the bank holiday rota.
Easipetcare Kettering is a well-established practice with a large client base. It has great facilities including 4 consult rooms, a separate cattery, kennel and isolation ward, x-ray and ultrasound, theatre and prep room with an in-house laboratory.
The practice is situated close to local amenities. The practice is easily accessible with free car parking. It has excellent transport links, including the A14 and M1, and is a 15-minute walk from the train station where you can get a direct train to London. You will work alongside, and be supported by a great team of vets, nurses and support staff in this fast-paced environment.
