Job summary

Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic in Bangor is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join the team on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first contact for clients, handling appointments and enquiries with a welcoming, professional attitude.

This role requires strong communication and a collaborative approach within a busy practice. Working 25 hours per week with 1 in 6 Saturdays, you’ll support client care and practice operations, including payments and end-of-day banking, while

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Cedarmount Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic is a busy veterinary clinic in Bangor, Co Down, and is part of Independent Vetcare. We are a dedicated team of enthusiastic people who work together to provide the best possible care for our pets and clients.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 25 hours per week with 1 in 6 Saturdays.
