CVS Vets in North Shields is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to manage calls, appointments, and client check-ins at our hospital. The role covers insurance forms, payments, and first-contact care while representing a warm, empathetic front desk presence.
You'll join a national veterinary group and may cover across sites. The position requires a driving licence, strong communication, and resilience in emotionally charged situations. Permanent contract, 25 hours weekly, Wednesday to Friday.

Location: To be based at our Hospital in North Shields - Unit 7 Royal Quays, Coble Dene, North Shields, NE29 6DW. But there may be a requirement to work across our other sites to cover annual leave and absence. A driving licence is essential for this role.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with shifts between the hours of 07.30 – 21.00 and a 1:5 share in the Weekend rota (working either the Saturday or Sunday)
