This position is based at our clinic in Woodley, and offers a full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week with flexible shift times. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required to support our reception team during absences.

About the Role

Supported by our Head Vet, Area Director & Area Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the practice team to foster a positive work environment.
• Overseeing business development, including financial management, budgeting, and stock control.
• Handling HR duties such as recruitment, staff development, and absence management.
• Ensuring safety compliance and supporting protocols and risk assessments.
• Managing debt recovery processes and addressing client complaints professionally.

About the Practice

Located in the bustling high street of Woodley with good public transport links, our practice is a first-opinion, small animal clinic. We are undergoing a rebrand and redesign, aiming for awards and certifications, especially in Exotics, Surgery, and becoming rabbit- and cat-friendly.
