Parkside Family Practice is looking to recruit a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to handle the day-to-day operations of a busy surgery serving over 17,000 patients with a team of 50 staff. The role involves ensuring contractual key performance indicators are met, developing opportunities, and maintaining high-quality patient care aligned with available resources and our Patient First approach.
You will oversee the smooth operation of our clinical team, including Partners, Salaried GPs, Nursing staff, Paramedic, Physician Associate, Pharmacy team, Physiotherapist, and Administrative and Reception teams, working with their managers. The role also includes financial responsibilities.
The Practice Manager is responsible for maintaining CQC regulation compliance, ensuring premises are well-maintained, and fire and security systems are in place.

We seek a Practice Manager with strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial skills, who is proactive, organized, passionate about patient care, and capable of ownership and problem-solving.
This role requires a DBS check due to the sensitive nature of patient and staff information.
