Job summary

CVS Vets in the United Kingdom is seeking a Veterinary Patient Care Assistant to join Rogers, Brock & Barker Veterinary Centre. You will support RVNs and Vets, providing nursing care and handling tasks to ensure animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and public interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and support RVNs and Vets.
• Assist with animal restraint and handling as needed.
• Walk, feed, and monitor hospitalized animals.
• Prepare emergency and operating facilities for procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the practice.
• Run internal lab samples and assist reception with bookings.
• Process payments and support the reception team when required.
