CVS Vets in Castle Donington, Derbyshire, is seeking a Veterinary Patient Care Assistant to join our team. You will support our skilled Vets and RVNs in providing compassionate care to animal patients and help maintain a high standard of veterinary service.
The role is 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday shifts and a weekend rota, within a supportive CVS Vets network that prioritises animal welfare and teamwork.

- Experience in animal welfare, including feeding, cleaning and handling.

- Strong communication skills paired with genuine empathy.
- Skilled in customer service and public interaction.

Mansioni
- Providing nursing care to our patients.
- Assisting Vets and Nurses with animal restraint.
- Walking, feeding, and cleaning patients.
- Preparing emergency and operating facilities.
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance.
- Running internal lab samples.
- Answering emergency calls.
- Supporting the reception team when needed, including booking appointments and processing payments.
