Job summary

Chanelle Pharma seeks a commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive sales and margin from the generic portfolio across defined UK accounts. This remote UK role covers four regional territories and requires strategic planning, relationship management and regular customer engagement.

You will develop territory plans, manage promotions, and maintain CRM records while reporting on performance. A minimum of three years in veterinary/pharma sales and UK work eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in veterinary, animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
• Residence within the designated territory and eligible to work in the UK.
• Valid passport for travel to Headquarters (Ireland) and UK work eligibility.
• AMTRA/NOAH qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit objectives in line with targets and product strategies.
• Develop journey plans to visit a defined mix of customer accounts (vets, trades, buying groups).
• Develop a territory business plan and sales strategy to target key opportunities.
• Influence accounts via consultative selling and relationship management.
• Negotiate promotions/retrospective rebates and manage campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records of all visits and actions; report on performance.
• Present territory performance to internal stakeholders; attend conferences/events.
