Zusammenfassung

Chanelle Pharma is seeking a motivated BDM for Vet, EMids and East Anglia to drive sales and margin targets across a defined UK territory. The role involves relationship management with veterinarians, trade outlets and buying groups, plus field visits five days a week.

You will develop territory plans, implement campaigns, train customers on products, and provide market feedback to head office. Travel and regional training events are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in veterinary, animal health or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to achieve sales and margin targets
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays as required
• Eligible to work in the UK and reside in the territory

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales and profit objectives aligned to targets and product strategies
• Visit defined customer accounts including veterinary practices, trade outlets and buying offices
• Develop territory business plan and sales strategy for key opportunities
• Influence accounts through relationship management and consultative selling
• Negotiate promotions and retrospective rebate schemes as needed
• Manage promotions and campaigns within designated accounts and assess ROI
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer visits and actions
• Use CRM data to plan territory and report performance and market feedback
• Provide CPD and training to customers on product usage
• Organise regional training events and updates to stakeholders
• Attend conferences, shows and events as required
