Chanelle Pharma is seeking a Remote BDM (Vet) for Scotland within the UK Animal Health division. The role focuses on selling a generic portfolio to veterinary practices, trade outlets, and buying groups, with strong emphasis on relationship management and territory planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent preferred; able to work in the UK
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Valid passport for travel to Headquarters (Ireland)
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in veterinary/animal health/pharma
• Residence within the territory
• AMTRA/NOAH qualification desirable
• Full clean driving licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales and profit objectives aligned with targets and product strategies.
• Develop efficient journey plans to visit a defined mix of customer accounts (vet practices, trade outlets, buying groups).
• Create a territory business plan and sales strategy; identify key opportunities.
• Influence accounts with consultative selling and resolution management.
• Negotiate performance-based retrospective rebates where applicable.
• Manage and implement promotions and campaigns; evaluate ROI.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of visits and actions.
• Use CRM data to plan territory, provide timely performance reports, and feedback market needs to head office.
• Train customers on product usage and CPD delivery.
• Organise lunch-and-learn and regional training events.
• Present territory performance to internal stakeholders; attend conferences and events.
• Territories: 1) Scotland, Borders, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland; 2) Northwest/North East/Midlands/NW Wales; 3) South Wales/West/South; 4) East/Southeast/London/Home Counties
