Rowe Vets in Yate is seeking an organised part-time Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience.

The role involves managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, promoting Pet Healthcare Plans, and assisting with everyday admin and reception duties across our multi-branch practice in Yate.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our clients and their pets in a professional and courteous manner
• Booking, cancelling and changing appointments
• Dealing with queries by phone, email and face to face promptly and professionally
• Advising clients on our preventative healthcare products and promoting Pet Healthcare Plans and pet insurance
• Dispensing medications/prescriptions
• Taking payments, cashing up and all other general admin and reception duties
