Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly receptionist for its Rowe Vets practice in Yate. This part-time permanent role (24 hours/week) involves greeting clients and pets, handling appointments, inquiries and payments, and supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams.

You will promote Pet Healthcare Plans, advise on preventative products and ensure a welcoming, professional client journey. Shift pattern includes Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Greet clients and their pets in a courteous and professional manner.
• Book, cancel and modify appointments accurately.
• Handle enquiries by phone, email and in person promptly.
• Advise clients on preventative healthcare products and Pet Healthcare Plans.
