Vets for Pets in Poole is seeking a Veterinary Care Assistant on a fixed term contract to support non-clinical duties and deliver outstanding customer service for patients and clients. The role is part-time (26.5 hours per week) and includes 2 Saturdays in 4, with a maternity cover of at least 14 months starting 23 November.

Veterinary Care Assistant – Fixed term position

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Veterinary Care Assistant to join our Poole Holes Bay Vets for Pets practice on a fixed term contract.

Our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.

You will assist all colleagues with non-clinical duties to support smooth running of the practice and provide the best standard of patient care.

This is a part time position of 26.5 hours per week (this includes 2x Saturdays in 4) and some reception shifts.

This position will be supporting a maternity contract for a minimum of 14 months.

Start date – 23rd November
