Responsibilities

• Provide information, advice and practical support to veterans and the wider Armed Forces Community in Cornwall.
• Deliver support through face-to-face appointments, telephone and digital channels.
• Help people access welfare benefits, housing, finances, cost-of-living support, health and wellbeing services.
• Collaborate with VALOUR hub, Improving Lives Plymouth and partners to coordinate care.
• Create a welcoming, trauma-informed environment at the Truro VALOUR Hub and outreach sites.
