Job summary

CVS is seeking a Centre Co-ordinator to provide practical support to the Operations Manager and deliver day-to-day assistance to veterans, new clients and visitors. The role includes supervising volunteers, handling referrals, and supporting data collection for service evaluations.

You will contribute to developing partnerships, monitor budgets, and help implement policy and practice improvements to enhance service delivery from 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to volunteers and support the Operations Manager.
• Review income and expenditure data and assist with funder reporting.
• Stand in for the Operations Manager at forums and referral meetings as needed.
• Support data collection and case studies on veterans and service users.
