Job summary

Cundall's Vertical Transportation team in London provides lift and escalator consultancy across diverse building types, from data centres to airports. The role covers site surveying, reporting, and developing specifications, with responsibility for project delivery and client liaison.

You will be the face of Cundall in meetings, contributing to design decisions related to new systems, refurbishment, and maintenance. A driving licence and MS 365 proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift and escalator field is essential.
• NVQ3 or NVQ4 qualifications preferred; EOR202 or relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Site surveying and assessments of lifts and vertical transportation equipment.
• Report writing and developing project specifications.
• Managing and monitoring project delivery for clients.
• Acting as the CDM Principal Designer on projects.
• Representing Cundall in client meetings and design meetings with architects and engineers.
