NexGen Cloud is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own a named vertical end to end, from thesis to signature, within the Hyperstack platform for AI compute workloads. You will self-source most of your pipeline, engaging CIO/CTO and senior buyers, and drive multi-year reservations with a clear forecast.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or enterprise sales in complex environments.
• Proven ability to open net-new enterprise logos from a standing start.
• Credibility in at least one compute-intensive vertical with an active buying network.
• Solid infrastructure fluency (cloud, IaaS, HPC, GPU/AI compute).
• Record of closing deals through procurement, security, and legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a named vertical end to end from thesis to signature.
• Self-source the pipeline and engage CIO/CTO and senior buyers.
• Lead technical discovery to a real specification and drive the full cycle.
• Structure multi-year reservations and align forecast with capacity planning.
• Build the vertical's presence via events, Analysts, and reference customers.
• Collaborate with Product/Capacity/Marketing to feed vertical requirements.
