Job summary

Apex Elite LLC seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager for software sales in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role focuses on driving revenue for a globally expanding client that specializes in customer experience solutions and Generative AI.

Based at the client’s Bracknell office with a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office per week, you will own account planning, build a strong pipeline, and lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders to win new business.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record closing major accounts.
• Experience within SaaS or CCaaS sales.
• Strong ability to manage high-priority opportunities from initial contact through to close.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and margin targets from new customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Create and maintain documented account development plans and pipelines.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to target accounts and tailor sales approaches.
• Secure and deliver new business through bids and tenders and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Maintain understanding of product offerings and articulate business value to customers.
