Job summary

Together Housing Group in Salford seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our repairs team. You will deliver high-quality building maintenance across group-owned properties, completing most tasks in a single visit and ensuring work areas are left clean and presentable.

The role requires applying multiple trades and a strong customer-focused approach. You will need a full UK driving license and NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade, with prior experience acrossJoinery, Plumbing, Plastering or

Qualifications

Full manual UK driving license is required.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling) is required.
Experience in building repairs and maintenance across multiple trades.
Solid knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and implications for repairs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out repairs to tenanted and vacant properties per job tickets and specifications.
Aim for Right First Time, completing repairs in one visit when possible.
Organise work to minimise non-productive time and reallocate as needed.
Protect tenants' belongings, maintain cleanliness, and be courteous to customers.
Operate with health and safety in mind, following risk assessments and procedures.
Be part of standby/call-out rotation for one week per month.
