Together Housing is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Salford team. You will deliver high-quality repairs across our properties, often completing jobs in one visit, with a focus on right-first-time workmanship and customer care.
The role covers both tenanted and vacant properties, with a broad range of trades applied to maintain our property standards. The position requires a full UK driving license and NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade, plus previous building repairs experience
We are currently seeking aMulti-Skilled Technicianto join our team inSalford.As aMulti-Skilled Technician,you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused building repair and maintenance service across our group-owned properties as required. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs efficiently and to a high standard, often completing jobs in a single visit. This includes making good, finishing, and ensuring all work areas are left clean and presentable. Your ability to apply multiple trades and skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth, effective service that meets the needs of our residents and maintains our property standards.

Starting salary of£36,568
Covering the Salford area
27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays
A flexible working environment, with a range of family friendly policies
You will be required to work a total of 37 hours each week, with your typical schedule being from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday.
Scheduled between 08:00 and 19:30 across any five days from Monday to Saturday. The exact schedule will depend on business needs at the time. However, to give an idea, atypical working weekmay be Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30. Please note that this is subject to change based on business requirements.
To be part of a standby or call-out rotation for one week each month.
