Sellick Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner for an on-site role in Manchester. Pay is £21.00–£22.00 per hour with a company van provided.

This temporary on-going position focuses on responsive maintenance and multi-trade work within tenanted properties. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery, a full UK driving licence, the ability to pass a basic DBS check, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in responsive maintenance and multi-trade work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check.
• Strong customer service skills and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality responsive and planned maintenance works within tenanted properties.
• Carry out a wide range of joinery and maintenance repairs.
• Undertake multi-skilled tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Liaise professionally with tenants and resolve customer queries.
• Drive a company vehicle to various properties to complete works.
