Excel Housing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our busy maintenance team. You will carry out a wide range of tasks across properties, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance, to keep facilities in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks across multiple properties, including repairs and routine inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Carry out plumbing, electrical work, painting and grounds upkeep as required.
• Identify issues proactively and respond promptly to requests.
• Travel across locations as the role requires.
