Job summary

Camp Beaumont Group Limited is seeking a Duty Manager to lead and support a site-wide team, ensuring a secure, clean and welcoming environment for visitors. You will drive service excellence, oversee admissions, play areas, animal experiences and events, and uphold company procedures.

You will play a key role in staff training, cost control and operational efficiency while safeguarding health and safety standards across the venue, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Experience in operations management or customer service leadership.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver an excellent visitor experience.
• Ensure the site is prepared before opening and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Manage operations during standard and event days, including activities and attractions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
• Support staff training, inductions and performance development.
