Accrington Market and, from April 2027, Accrington Town Hall, are embarking on an exciting new chapter as Hyndburn Borough Council recruits a hospitality and events team to bring these venues to life. Roles involve evening and weekend work on a rota, and may include apprenticeships across the team, serving customers, supporting events, and helping deliver a fantastic visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Open to apprenticeship roles within the team.
• You could be serving customers at the bar, waiting on tables, supporting and setting up events, assisting with food preparation in the café, pot washing, handling transactions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
