Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Ventilation Engineer to install, service and repair ventilation systems across domestic, commercial and public properties in the UK. The role involves planned and reactive works, ensuring compliance with safety, regulations and high customer service standards.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in the field, NVQ in Heating and Ventilation, and a valid UK driving licence, with a focus on quality workmanship and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair mechanical ventilation systems, including MVHR and MEV units.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control faults.
• Inspect, test, balance airflow and commission ventilation systems as per Approved Document F.
• Undertake repairs and upgrades to ventilation equipment, controls and ductwork.
• Complete work with relevant regulations, risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials and accurate job records.
• Work independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent customer service.
