Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Ventilation Engineer in the Kent, London & Southeast region. The role focuses on installing, servicing and maintaining MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems with a standard 38-hour week and 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Annual salary ranges from £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, with a company van, bonus scheme and pension benefits. A DBS check is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Relevant NVQ or technical qualification in Ventilation, Plumbing or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in MVHR / MEV / PIV installation and maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas
• A DBS check is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Complete ventilation system deep cleans and filter replacements
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control faults
• Carry out ventilation unit replacements and full system swap-outs
