Job summary

Manheim Auction Services, part of Cox Automotive, is recruiting a Vendor Account Manager to nurture dealer and corporate relationships across the UK market. You will combine on-site auctioneering with strategic account management to grow revenue and volumes.

In this role you’ll negotiate bids, manage vendor SLAs and KPI reporting, collaborate with Service Delivery, Operations and Buyer Services, and use Salesforce to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an auctioneer in cars & vans.
• Experience in account management within automotive industry.
• Proven ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of dealer, corporate and finance clients.
• Lead on-site auctioneering and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate bids and convert provisional bids post-sale.
• Maintain regular vendor contact and deliver reports and SLA/KPI data.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Operations and Buyer Services teams.
