Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Bracknell is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our independent workshop. The role focuses on servicing and repairing modern vehicles in a non-corporate environment with Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours and no weekends.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 (or City & Guilds) with 3–5 years' hands-on workshop experience.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Execute complex mechanical repairs including cambelts, timing chains, clutches, suspension, and steering.
• Use diagnostic scanners to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain accurate digital job records and ensure quality and safety standards.
