Job summary

Hawk Hiring in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our premium dealership team. You will receive full brand training, access to advanced factory tooling, and a modern workshop where your skills are valued.

The role offers a £30,000-£40,000 base salary with an uncapped OTE bonus, plus 33 days’ holiday and wellbeing perks within a respected network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.
• Proven track record as a qualified Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Specialist.
• F-Gas certification is preferred (or interest in obtaining it).

Responsibilities

• Tackle routine servicing, manufacturer safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs within targeted timescales.
• Use high-spec diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve faults.
• Follow structured brand processes to maintain high-quality, safe first-time fix results.
• Work productively to keep workshop workflow running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, safety-first workshop with provided PPE.

Education

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)

F-Gas certification (preferred)
