Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workshop experience in a busy franchised dealer or premium environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (or equivalent).
• MOT tester licence desirable, though not essential.
• A proactive, safety‑conscious team player with a polite, professional communication style.
• A full, clean, and valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models.
• Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and prep on new and used vehicles to showroom standards.
• Diagnose complex faults using brand-specific diagnostic systems and equipment.
• Accurately recording all technical details on digital job cards with clear communication.
• Maintain a pristine, safe workshop and liaise with service advisers to maximise customer satisfaction.
