Job summary

Vertu BMW Sunderland is hiring a Vehicle Technician. A basic salary up to £46,790 with a £4,000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus monthly instalments in months 1 and 13. The role focuses on quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

We welcome technicians at all levels; packages depend on experience and qualifications. Applicants should have a relevant automotive qualification, current vehicle technician experience, MOT license if possible,

Qualifications

• Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 is required.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician is required.
• MOT license is preferred but not essential.
• Own set of tools is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

We are offering a basic salary up to £46,790 depending on skills and experience, plus a £4,000 sign on bonus! You will receive £2,000 in month 1 of your employment with us and £2,000 in month 13!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

We're looking for technicians across all levels and packages on offer are dependent upon experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
