Job summary

Retail Renault Group in Hayes, Greater London, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join a modern workshop that values quality workmanship and safe practices.

You'll perform servicing, repairs, and MOT testing to manufacturer standards, alongside diagnostic work and road testing when required. The role offers a 42.5-hour week, regular daytime hours, and a base salary of £39,000 with uncapped bonuses and car schemes.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification.
• MOT Tester licence (Class 4 and 7).
• Calm, professional communicator.
• Able to work collaboratively in a workshop.
• Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and MOT testing.
• Complete diagnostic work and fault finding to manufacturer standards.
• Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles when required.

Working Hours & Pay:

• 42.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
• £39,000 per annum.
