Job summary

Renault Group in Enfield is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join a modern, well-equipped workshop. You will perform servicing, repairs and MOT testing to manufacturer standards while following clear processes, with opportunities for training and development.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week, a generous salary package including a £39,000 pa base with uncapped bonus and overtime, and a £3,000 welcome bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification is required.
• MOT Tester licence (Class 4 and 7) is required.
• Calm, professional approach with clear communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and MOT testing.
• Complete diagnostic work and fault finding in line with manufacturer standards.
• Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles where required.

How You'll Contribute:

Working Hours & Pay:

• 42.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am-12:30pm), paid at time and a half
• £39,000 pa
