Job summary

Retail Renault Group in Watford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join our workshop. You’ll deliver routine servicing, repairs and MOT tests in a modern, well‑equipped environment, with clear processes and manufacturer training.

The role offers £39,000 per year, an uncapped bonus and overtime, plus a new insured car each year. There is a £3,000 welcome bonus after six months, with Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30am–12:30pm) paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• MOT Tester licence (Class 4 & 7) is required.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Calm, professional approach with clear communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and MOT testing.
• Complete diagnostic work and fault finding in line with manufacturer standards.
• Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles where required.

How You’ll Contribute:
