Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy Bath workshop. You will service vehicles, perform mechanical repairs and diagnostics using modern equipment, and conduct MOT testing if qualified.

Based in Bath, the role offers a salary of £30,000–£35,000 per year, tailored to experience, plus a performance bonus scheme, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life insurance, pension, on-site parking and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with 1–2 years hands-on workshop experience.
• Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.
• DVSA MOT Smart Card is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and complex mechanical repairs.
• Perform diagnostic fault-finding using modern software and equipment.
• Conduct MOT testing where qualified.
• Maintain high industry standards and customer satisfaction.
