Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic for our Maidenhead workshop. This role offers a 36,000–40,000 GBP basic salary, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 with no weekend work, and a focus on technical quality over volume.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or City & Guilds/time-served equivalent) with proven workshop experience.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.
• Full UK driving licence; MOT Tester licence preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults across multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance to high standards.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and MOT preparation work.
• Maintain precise digital job records and collaborate with the service team and senior technicians.
