Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician / Service Technician in Cheltenham to join a respected independent dealership and service centre. The role focuses on routine servicing, diagnostics, and high-quality repairs in a modern workshop.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with weekends off, and benefit from 28 days leave, pension, staff parking, and clear career pathways in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or City & Guilds/time-served equivalent.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; MOT Tester licence preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
• Use modern diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults.
• Maintain service procedures to achieve high first-time fix rates.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold reputation for customer trust and workshop excellence.
