Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking an experienced technician for a full-time, permanent role in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The position offers a base salary of £28,000–£35,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus (£300–£600).

Hours are Monday–Friday with a fair Saturday rota; 100% confidential guarantee and opportunities for HV/EV training are highlighted. Local parking is provided and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on workshop or garage experience in a commercial setting.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Core repairs: multi-point health checks, brakes, suspension, steering components.
• Routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and light repairs across multi-brand fleets.
• Learn factory diagnostic suites and high-voltage EV/Hybrid systems under mentor guidance.
