Hawk Hiring in Tonbridge, United Kingdom, is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join a prestige brand specialist team. You’ll work in a modern bay with factory diagnostics and high-end builds, supported by a strong base salary and uncapped bonuses.

This full-time role offers a £39,500 guaranteed base with realistic £50k+ OTE and a rare 1-in-9 Saturday rota. You’ll benefit from training, EV certifications, and a loyal, award-winning dealer group environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent time-served workshop portfolio).

Responsibilities

• Core Repairs: Complex vehicle maintenance, brakes, suspension setups, and high-end component overhauls.
• Diagnostics: Trace & fix complex electrical and mechanical faults using advanced factory-level diagnostic systems.
• Servicing & eVHCs: High-standard routine servicing, safety inspections, and detailed Electronic Vehicle Health Checks.
