Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is recruiting Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics for a reputable dealership group in Gloucester. The role offers a strong package including a base salary and achievable bonus, with overtime and comprehensive benefits.

You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults, and work to high brand and safety standards while participating in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.

Education

Role:

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a reputable medium sized dealership group with sites across the region. Due to growth, they seek a number of Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join their busy team in Gloucester (GL1)

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic package:

• Excellent basic salary of between £32-38,000 per annum (DOE)
• Fantastic and very achievable bonus of £6,000 per annum (paid monthly)
