Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a busy main dealership in Gloucester. You will service, maintain and repair a range of vehicles, diagnosing faults and performing complex repairs in a professional workshop.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rotation, and an uncapped OTE potential of

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Complete repairs to engines, brakes, suspension and other vehicle systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults.
• Carry out routine servicing, inspections and maintenance.
• Accurately complete job cards and repair records.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Gloucester. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £28,000-£34,000 basic DOE + Bonus

OTE: £37,000 uncapped

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm
