Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership in North West London is recruiting a Level 3 qualified technician to join a busy workshop. £32,000–£42,000 basic (DOE) plus £10,000–£15,000 realistic bonus, full-time, Mon-Fri 8am–6pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays. Manufacturer training and career progression await in a respected dealer group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician required.
• Experience in a main dealership or independent workshop preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to high standards.
• Work within manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, systems and processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to promote loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate within the workshop team with attention to detail.

Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (8am–6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy main car dealership in North West London, looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately within manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, systems, and manufacturer processes
