Job summary

ACS Automotive in North West London requires an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop. The role is permanent/full-time with a basic of £33-40k and an OTE of £45-50k, working hours Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am–1pm.

The successful candidate will be Level 3 qualified, have main dealer experience, hold a valid UK driving licence, and possess strong communication skills to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified vehicle technician required.
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician in a main dealer.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to high standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service leading to loyalty and referrals.
• Communicating with Service Reception and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and adhering to manufacturer procedures.
• Being part of a team with high attention to detail and providing technical opinions to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.

Your Background & Skill

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
