Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician at their North Bristol centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to join a leading used car supermarket group in the UK automotive sector.

You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and servicing, carry out MOT tests where qualified, and ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards. The role offers a competitive salary and progression paths within a top employer in the industry.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• A stocked toolbox suitable for vehicle repairs
• MOT qualification is desirable but not essential
• Demonstrable pride in work, attention to detail, and safety compliance

Responsabilités

• Conduct diagnostic testing to identify faults on all makes and models
• Perform vehicle repairs, services, and routine maintenance tasks
• Carry out MOT tests, where qualified
• Ensure work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety procedures
• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and report findings to the Service Centre Manager
• Maintain high-quality work with attention to detail and safety compliance
• Contribute to the efficient daily operation of the workshop
