Qualifications

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics and electronics.
• Valid UK driving licence and franchise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and high-standard repairs and servicing of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify faults efficiently.
• Mentoring and providing technical assistance to fellow Vehicle Technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress.
• Follow up on work completed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workshop environment.
