Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking a Service Technician to join our expanding team, delivering high-quality servicing and repairs using the latest diagnostic technology.

You will work on fast-fit tyre fitting, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension, and MOT-related repairs, ensuring safety and compliance with our procedures. A full UK driving licence and Level 3 automotive qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in automotive.
• Experience with mechanical and fast fit repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
• Perform fast-fit tyre fitting with alignment reading and adjustments.
• Fit brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension and related components.
• Carry out MOT repairs as required.
• Follow vehicle inspection procedures and safety regulations.
• Use diagnostic equipment for thorough testing and repairs.
• Advise on future repair needs based on vehicle readings.
